Fifteen years ago, my artistic journey took a transformative turn when I discovered the mesmerizing world of Encaustic painting. I began my career painting with oils on canvas, always envisioning something beyond the conventional. My search for new mediums led me serendipitously to Encaustic, a technique that captured my imagination and ignited a lifelong passion. Driven by this newfound love, I immersed myself in learning, eagerly taking every class and mentorship opportunity available. This dedication paid off, and I proudly became a top seller at one of the nation's premier art galleries, J. Petter Gallery in Saugatuck, Michigan.
